Muscle Building Workouts Level 2 is the second phase in my How to Build Muscle for Skinny Guys program. This workout is made up of bodyweight exercises, including assisted pull ups. This workout also includes an isometric exercise.

Muscle Building Workouts Beginner Level 1

Muscle Building Workouts Level 1 is designed for the beginner of beginners. If you can’t do one pushup or one pull-up and you’re worried about what kind of exercises you can do to build muscle, don’t worry. I’ve got you covered. One of the principles of the Level 1 Muscle Building Workout comes from my video, How to Do a Pushup. This principle is that of Partial Rep Training. There are two workouts at level 1: the Gym Workout and the Home Workout. Choose where you want to train and follow the appropriate workout. When you look at the workouts, you’ll see that Partial Rep Training is for the Home Workout and the Gym Workout utilizes a different approach.

Rower Workout B

The Rower Workout B is a home workout designed specifically for Rowing Athletes. Rowing Athletes need a fair amount of strength and a lot of upper body muscular endurance. This is a well rounded home workout that includes training the upper and lower body with a focus on the upper back. This workout will work well for almost anyone trying to increase general fitness as well especially since a lot of people have weaknesses in the upper back muscles. The Rower Workout B is made to be alternated with Rower Workout A on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
