Flexotonics: Isometrics Meets Isotonics

Flexotonics is simply flexing while doing isotonic exercises. Basically, it’s an exercise that involves visible movement of the muscle with a constant resistance. However, Isometric exercise involves no visible movement of the muscle. Flexotonics is the combination of these two.

Flexibility Training

Flexibility Training is an interesting part of fitness. While it is highly debated in the professional field, it is frequently overlooked in training. I have to admit, I am guilty of neglecting flexibility training. I have often skipped static stretching sessions throughout the 10 years that I have been working out. Although I have still been able to build muscle, I know that my years of hard work would have been more beneficial if I had only taken the time to stretch more.

Muscle Building Workouts Beginner Level 3

Muscle Building Workouts Level 3 is the third phase in my How to Build Muscle for Skinny Guys program. This workout includes some more advanced exercises compared to the two previous phases. There are bodyweight and isometric exercises included.
