Themed Articles are those that expound on the themed workouts. A theme can be any sort of inspiring story from a movie, a book, or even a comic book. Some of my favorites include that of Thor, Wolverine, and Captain America. The transformations that many actors go through for these movies is amazing and inspiring. It gets me motivated to workout and there are also a lot of useful training tips that come from their workouts. I’m also inspired by the actual characters that these actors depict. Even though they are imaginary, they are still very inspiring for making workouts and as far as the kind of person that I want to be.
