Eating Out Healthy

Eating out healthy may sound like an oxymoron but it isn't. While most of the foods they serve at fast food restaurants should be consumed sparingly, some can be eaten more often than others. I don't recommend going to fast food restaurants for any of your meals but I understand that life gets busy, and sometimes we end up eating fast food.

However, if your goals have to do with major fat loss as in reaching the 3-6% range you better be really careful with what you eat. Eating out and keeping it healthy is doable but remember to get most of your foods from more natural sources. It can be hard to find the right kind of food at a fast food joint, but not as hard as it used to be.

Below I provide some links to some short articles about a few different fast food restaurants that I recommend going to once in a while. Some provide healthier choices than others so do your research before making a decision. Whether you're trying to gain weight or lose weight it's important to eat foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. Of course, some foods should be cooked, but how they're cooked is extremely important.
