TACFIT Commando

Getting in shape takes a lot of courage and dedication. Those are two qualities that highly trained military professionals definitely possess. The TACFIT Commando is a workout program created by the same guys that train those professional soldiers.

It’s designed to get anyone in the best shape possible in a short amount of time. Each workout is short as well, about 20 minutes long. If you can’t find 20 minutes a day for 3-5 days a week then you really need to take another look at your schedule.
