Subway Nutrition

If you’re looking for a place that offers a healthy low fat meal then Subway is a great place to go. They are very well known for their weight loss encouraging menu items. You’ve heard of Jared, haven’t you? That guy lost a lot of weight with the help of Subway. If you’re on a diet then you can choose a nice lean meat like turkey or chicken, avoid fatty sauces, and smother your sandwich with veggies.

On the contrary, if you need to gain weight then you could get the same sandwich only with an added sauce like ranch dressing. Obviously wheat bread is a better choice than white, but they also have a honey oat that is very good. A six inch should be just about right in most cases, but sometimes a foot long is better. It all depends on your individual caloric needs. For example, if you have dinner at subway and you've only had 1800 calories so far then you might consider getting a foot long philly cheese steak with ranch which has 1190 calories. That will put you at 25 calories above your target number which is 2965. The more accurate, the better, but 25 calories will not make a significant difference. Subway also has an easy to find nutrition fact section on their website.
