Panda Express Nutrition

The Panda Express menu has a huge variety of great foods that can help you in your goals to gaining or losing weight, but it is typically better for those who want to gain weight. If you have problems with sodium then you may want to avoid most of the foods at Panda Express, especially the chow mein. However, if you have problems with sodium then you should probably double check the sodium content for all of the foods at every place that I mention.

So back to our story. Let’s say that you’re on lunch break so you go down to Panda Express. It’s still the first week of gaining weight so you need 2,965 calories for the day. A fairly good meal for you is a two entree plate consisting of orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and chow mein. The result is 1090 calories, 52 grams of fat, 118 grams of carbohydrates, 5 grams of fiber, and 42 grams of protein. The only issue is that there is a lot of fat in that meal. Most of the food at Panda Express is fattening so you should eat less fat throughout the rest of the day.
