Carl's Jr Nutrition

Next up is the Carl’s Jr menu, the place of giant hamburgers eaten by beautiful women dripping sauce everywhere. I’m not going to lie, I really like Carl’s Jr. It’s like getting a restaurant burger from a fast food joint. Unfortunately there are many unhealthy options on Carl’s Jr. menu. Some of the best hamburger options for him are the superstar with cheese, the teriyaki burger, the big carl, and the portobello mushroom burger. They are good because they have a high protein to calorie ratio. Those aren’t the only good options, but they are some of the best for gaining weight. If you’re looking to lose weight then I would stick with primarily the turkey burgers or chicken sandwiches. You can easily use their nutrition facts menu to create a meal that will help you reach your goal.

Getting to Carl’s Jr.’s nutrition facts menu is simple. Just go to their main site, and click on menu and nutrition. After that, click on the nutrition pdf that will be underneath the picture of the food item that is in the middle of the screen. As with other places, they have done most of the work for us. An example of a good weight gain meal would be a teriyaki burger, and a small fry. This gives 940 calories, 44 grams of fat, 104 grams of carbohydrates, 7 grams of fiber, and 31 grams of protein.
