Ross Enamait

Ross Enamait is a former boxer, and current trainer and coach. He has an extensive knowledge of not only fitness but boxing as well. I like to find fitness experts that have an extra knowledge of things related to fitness. Athletes that also study fitness, and nutrition can have a lot of great advice to offer. I discovered Ross Enamait sometime around high school maybe shortly after. I liked his style, because it’s intense. He has a lot of great workouts and information on conditioning. It makes sense, because being a boxer, you need a great amount of endurance.

If you check out his site and youtube channel, you’ll find out that he does a lot of intense exercises that most people wouldn’t try in a million years. He pushes his body to the limits simply because he has realized that he can. Too many of us give up too easily. Ross Enamait shares a great deal of knowledge, and inspires greatness while he does it.
