Pavel Tsatsouline

Pavel Tsatsouline is a fitness instructor from Russia. He has played a big part in making kettlebells very popular in the United States. He has written many articles and books on the subject of fitness, and he knows his stuff. What I like most about Pavel Tsatsouline is that he has so many little tips for each exercise that can greatly improve performance. He knows about training for strength, endurance, and fat loss, but especially strength. And specifically, adding strength without adding bulk.

Some people want to be stronger without getting very big muscles. This is especially common with athletes such as wrestlers and boxers who compete in weight classes. His knowledge his not only useful for athletes, but everyone else as well. He’s a no nonsense kind of guy, that writes in a very easy to understand way.
