Elliott Hulse

Elliott Hulse is a trainer, strength coach, and professional strongman. He has an extensive knowledge about exercises science and isn’t afraid to share it. Especially on his youtube channel. I actually discovered Elliott Hulse this year on Youtube. He has a few different channels all with great information. He comes from a background of playing college football and using weight lifting to dominate in that sport. He has branched out into strongman training and knows a great deal about that as well.

On his Youtube channel, Elliott answers questions from hopeful people wishing to learn more about fitness. He actually answers questions on a lot of different subjects relating to any of the six dimensions of health. On his blog, he clearly explains that his purpose is to become the strongest version of himself, and to help others do that as well. What I like most about Elliott Hulse is his dare to be wrong, dare to fail philosophy. We learn from making mistakes, and we’re not always going to get it right the first time.
