Form, Focus, and Consistency

When it comes to working out, there are 3 principles that we should pay special attention to. If we remember these principles and always strive to improve them, we will see results. As you may have guessed, these 3 principles are Form, Focus, and Consistency. We all have certain strengths and weaknesses. For some of us, form will come naturally. For others, it will be the ability to focus, and still for others, it will be consistency.
